Technical passport for non-residential premises
In addition to residential real estate objects, the following objects are subject to technical inventory, on which inventory files and technical passports are compiled:
▪ public and industrial buildings and structures (including agricultural) destinations and their complexes;
▪ non-residential premises (groups of non-residential premises);
▪ garden and country houses;
▪ garages and parking lots with parking spaces (which do not belong to commercial buildings: multi-storey, underground, single storey, block);
▪ protective structures of civil protection (DBN V 2.2.5-97 “Buildings and structures. Protective structures of civil defense”, DBN A 3.1-9-2000 “Management, organization and technology. Commissioning of completed civil defense protective structures and their maintenance”);
▪ multifunctional houses for keeping convicts and persons, taken into custody (block, barrack and cell-type penal institutions and pretrial detention facilities);
▪ objects of unfinished construction;
▪ multifunctional buildings and complexes, which include premises of various purposes (the technical passport is made according to the shape of the predominant area).
According to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, all objects of non-residential property must have correctly drawn up technical documents. The passport has a fixed form, which contains information about the technical characteristics of the building or structure, planning area, superficiality, exact location, schematic image, inventory value.
